Fire Risk Assessments, clearly delivered.
Fire Risk Assessments
ICAA Fire Risk & Compliance helps business owners, property managers and those responsible for shared residential areas understand fire risks in the context of their own premises, the people who use them and the way the building is used.
We look at potential sources of fire, people at risk, escape routes, warning systems, fire protection and day-to-day management. Findings are explained in plain English, with priorities that help you decide what to do next.
What your assessment covers
We discuss the building’s use, size, occupancy and existing information, and confirm whether it falls within our assessment scope.
A structured site visit considers the hazards, existing precautions and how fire safety is managed in practice.
You receive a written report and prioritised action plan.
